MEBAeco: Ready-made individuality

2-column guided double miter metal band saw machine with semi-automatic design. With infinitely variable miter adjustment 30° - 45° - 90° - 135° and patented miter system (ERP No. 0491120). Particularly suitable for universal use with different cross-sections, materials, and frequently changing miter cuts. The universally applicable MEBAeco 410 DG miter band saw machine is ergonomically designed and offers optimal value for money. The machine control complies with CE standard 89/289.

• Semi-automatic sawing process with workpiece clamping, sawing, and raising to the set height after the cut is complete
• MEBA high-performance package: Saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimum conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
• Manual miter adjustment, digital readout with 0.1° accuracy
• Rapid descent of the saw frame via push button to the edge of the material

• Patented double miter system (ERP No. 0491120) Unique double miter band saw that allows miters on both sides to be adjusted easily and economically by simply swiveling the saw frame and the material support.
• Automatic clamp movement and digital miter adjustment. The material clamp moves automatically in the direction of flow according to the desired miter, ensuring that the material is always clamped at a right angle, close to the saw blade.
• The miter pivot point is the intersection between the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, which means that the length measurement does not change when the angle position is altered.
• Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping, quick material clamping. The material is clamped parallel at 90° for every angle setting of the saw frame.
• Stable two-column linear-guided saw frame
• Saw blade positioned at a 3° angle to the material support surface
