The 90° automatic machine for single and series cuts and workpiece dimensions up to 300x260mm or 260mm diameter combines high performance with automation. The compact design requires little space and can be set up flexibly. High performance and cutting quality promise increased productivity, and easy commissioning and operation are provided. • The saw unit is mounted above the work surface, keeping all components free from chip contamination.
• The saw band is angled 2° relative to the material support surface.
• The miter pivot point is at the intersection of the saw band and the fixed clamping jaw, ensuring no change in length measurement when changing angles.
• Torsion-resistant, stable welded frame construction, guided linearly on two columns.
• Saw feed via frequency-controlled spindle drive with automatic cutting pressure regulation.
• PLC-controlled semi-automatic sawing cycle.
• Height control bar, rapid downfeed to material surface, automatic switch to working feed; rapid downfeed of the saw frame via push button to material edge.
• Digital miter display, infinitely adjustable 90°–30°.
